OUR SHIPPING POLICY


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for repairing/replacing your item to us. We will cover the cost of the item going to you. Please note, the item must be sent in the original packaging.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We do not accept cancellation or swapping of orders.

 

Prestigious collection strive to Provide excellent customer service. Customer-focused approach to trouble shooting, resolving problems and ensuring repeat business. We do Provide replacement for items that are defective or damaged, reported within 5 days of the arrival of your order

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@prestigiouscollection.ca If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

opening video must be started before opening parcel and must be with standard speed, without breaks pause or cuts. Best way is to start recording and open parcel and then show all products in camera to capture defects and stop recording once all items are checked 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on change of mind, sale items or gift items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All damage claims and insurance claims will be handled by post party even for international orders,  means your local post office will be responsible to handle the claim on behalf of customer. Damaged parcels must be returned to local post who delivered your parcel in its original condition and with all items ordered. Courier company then will access the damage claim and process if required. This might take longer than 3 weeks.
